Great idea with promise. But EVERY time you need to add a new contact, it crashes. Web page doesnt offer anyway to help, theres no contact info. I want my money back.

Works fine for me. Stable And easy to use. Please add a synchronize method so multiple agents can list properties and keep up to date. This would also serve as backup copies.

I have been really liking this app for maintains the calendar for my one vacation rental property, until I moved to a new phone/device. I suppose if I sync my apps I can get it, but I decided to clean house on my apps and only install those I use. So, I lost in this deal.

These guys are the best developers I have ever had contact with. We hated the half shading on arrival & departure days. Couldnt keep it straight if they were coming or going and what days were cleaning days. We wrote the developers to please add the option to have those days fully blocked. And we got a reply back immediately. In one week, they entered it, sent it to Apple and was approved and changed. What more could you ask for ? I just wish every developer in iTunes took users suggestions seriously. Thanks to everyone at Byoni.

Great all around app for the vacation rental owner!

This is a great app to keep track of several properties at a time.. Very easy to use for the nontechnical people like me. Only problem was when I went with the new version to sync via Dropbox, I lost all of the old contacts. Havent had any problems since. Can highly recommend this one!

Its good for organizing but doesnt inspire me to switch over. Very clean and easy to use. No "heart" or unique feel.

I have 4 properties and it is so handy not to have to carry a reservations book with me all the time, because as you know you have to seal the deal quickly. It has who is staying, how long, and how much. If you have rental property this is definitely worth it.

No more confusion on whether a week is available or not with this app. Customer support is quick too when you need it. Cant imagine being a vacation rental owner without this app.

This is a Great App for rental owners or managers to keep track of their vacation home properties. The best feature of many, is ability to add notes. This App makes my job less stressful.

I use this app to quickly check the availability of my vacation rentals when I get inquiries. I like the simplified data input and clean design. Each rental is automatically assigned a different color and the calendar can clearly show with half colored days the arrival and departure dates. Simple display of that allows me to send a screenshot for each property to my cleaning team, aiding that scheduling immensely. I would give 5 stars, but am anxiously awaiting for the update for to iOS 8.

I use this app to manage my 6 condo rentals. It has worked very well for me. I would rate it 5 stars if there was some kind of a way to export my data. But, it is very simple to use and does its job.. UPDATE: Now has Dropbox data backup. I have upgraded my rating from 4 to 5 UPDATE: Switched to an IPhone 6 Plus and I can no longer change the checkout date. The App is now useless .... Please fix :(

Waste of time developer isnt interested in updating his work. This should be removed from app store until developer puts in the time to fix his product
